Terms of service

Art by BeaP requests that You (the user and client) will operate with integrity and honour, and will not reproduce nor copying sell resell or exploit her artworks in any way that is gaining to yourself or another, thereby removing the income potential from the Artist. 

You the buyer are responsible for your own taxes or import duties.

Art by BeaP will not refund you for your artwork, but if it's damaged, BeaP is certainly willing to replace it or repair it as is reasonably possible. You will need to report the problem inside of 48 hours from receiving the Artwork though, to be reasonable.

Art by BeaP requests that you communicate with us regarding any problems with our site, with products, staff, our social media, anything you feel necessary that we should know to improve our business and products.  As apps and services change - we request that you let us know if you spot something first, or see where someone has slipped up, so that we may rectify it asap. 

A lot of the service is automated, however, special deliveries can be arranged if requested in good time.  We wouldn't want you to miss any special opportunities or special occasions.

Commissions are certainly possible - Art by BeaP has great references for commissions, and if you wish to hear directly from previous customers, this can be arranged.
